1982 Maxi 100Ps 34Ft Sailing Yacht

Ragtime of Rhu is a 34 ft Swedish sloop built in 1982. The hull is in excellent condition as is the 25 hp engine and she is in a good dry condition.
She has been set up with twin forestays and a deck mechanism for single handed sailing. She has 3 cabins, 1 toilet and the interior is oak. She can sleep up to 7.

A couple of interior wooden panels replaced. Cost £50.
Light sanding and varnishing of interior and exterior woodwork. 3 days work. Cost of stain and varnish approx £45.
A new rear cabin canvas. approx £400 to £600.
Seal and bond exterior windows. Five to 6 hours work. You will find it hard to source a Maxi 100Ps as there are so few. There are a few Maxi 95s but they dont  have the sugarscoop rear step, the bowsprit or the cabin. (great for foul weather).
