Immaculate 2011 sterling Europa 470 – 4 berth touring caravan.

Bought new 3 years ago from Abbey caravans. Selling due to change in work commitments.

Comes with all mod cons- full electric/gas heating/cooking, cd/radio , microwave , fridge, motor mover & remote control, electric fitted ariel, Milenco wheel clamp & hitch lock, hitch cover , fresh water barrel & pump, waste master, all hoses, EHU & battery, awning & breathable groundsheet, pegs, side skirt & wheel cover, step. Too many extras to list. 

Cooker/grill/oven & shower have never been used – plastic still on. Fitted carpets also never used as they were in storage. Mattress and seating area have always been covered with a mattress protector / throws so they are spotless like new. 

Fixed double bed to rear and from seating area turns into extra large bed. 

Selling as due to work commitments I can no longer use. Caravan has been parked up for over a year- thought some over family could enjoy using it. 

Can be viewed. First to see will buy as it is in new condition.
